Crowned Heads Expands Tennessee Waltz Line with New Look and Three Vitolas
Crowned Heads expands its iconic Tennessee Waltz line with three vitolas and a full visual rebrand. The blend stays true to its origins as the brand enters a bold new chapter.
The Tennessee Waltz Returns with a Wider Stage
Crowned Heads has announced a major chapter for its beloved Tennessee Waltz line. The Nashville-based company brings three vitolas to the range for the first time, supported by fresh packaging that reflects the brand’s new visual identity. Fans gain more choice without losing the blend’s original character.
A Tribute to Tennessee
Tennessee Waltz first appeared in 2014 as a personal tribute from Jon Huber to his grandfather. The cigar quickly became a love letter to the company’s home state. The original 5 1/2″ x 52 size earned a loyal following in Tennessee and beyond. Over time, consumer demand grew, and retailers outside the state requested access. Crowned Heads decided to answer that call.
Three Classic Vitolas Arrive
The expanded line introduces three sizes. The CG Corona Gorda measures 5 5/8″ x 46. The OG original release keeps its familiar 5 1/2″ x 52 format. The Toro joins the family at 6″ x 54. All three come with the same blend that made the first release a success. Nothing changes in the flavour profile. The team kept the integrity of the original recipe.
A Fresh Look for 2025
Crowned Heads rolled out a new brand aesthetic earlier this year. Tennessee Waltz now follows that design shift. The updated boxes offer a cleaner, more modern presentation. Each vitola ships in 21-count cabinet boxes. Retailers can expect arrival this month. Suggested prices range from $10.95 to $12.95 depending on the size.
Craftsmanship from My Father Cigars
My Father Cigars in Estelí produces the entire Tennessee Waltz line. Crowned Heads continues its long partnership with the García family. The collaboration keeps the production consistent with the brand’s Cuban-inspired roots. The company aims to honour tradition while exploring bold ideas.
Crowned Heads’ Ongoing Mission
Founded in 2011, Crowned Heads commits to quality, narrative, and history. The team blends heritage with modern character. Tennessee Waltz remains one of its most heartfelt projects. The expansion shows how a regional release can evolve into a global favourite.
