A Music-Inspired Cigar with a Bold Profile
Blend and Construction Details
Crowned Heads returns to its musical roots with Thunderkiss. The cigar follows the brand’s long-standing tradition of drawing inspiration from iconic songs. Thunderkiss comes in a 5 x 54 robusto extra format. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper. The blend continues with a Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The cigar is made at D’Hatuey Tabacos S.A. in Nicaragua. The factory belongs to Eradio Pichardo, who produces several blends for Crowned Heads. The cigar aims to deliver flavour, balance and consistent performance at an accessible price point.
Affordability and Packaging
Thunderkiss enters the market as one of the most affordable cigars in the Crowned Heads portfolio. Each cigar carries an MSRP of $6.75. The cigars arrive in bundles of 10, offering retailers a simple and approachable format. This pricing structure aims to reach new smokers while giving loyal fans a wallet-friendly option. The company confirms that Thunderkiss forms part of its regular production, ensuring ongoing availability.
The Origin of the Name
A Nod to White Zombie’s 1992 Hit
The cigar takes its name from “Thunder Kiss ’65”, a 1992 song by the heavy metal band White Zombie. The track gained renewed attention when it featured on the animated series Beavis and Butt-Head. Crowned Heads often celebrates music through its branding, and Thunderkiss continues that tradition with a blend that mirrors the energy of its namesake.
