Curivari Cigars Releases Affordable Buenaventura Favoritos Line
As cigar prices continue to climb, with some premium releases reaching over $100 per stick, Curivari Cigars is taking a different approach. Their latest addition to the Buenaventura brand, the Favoritos line, offers quality cigars at remarkably affordable prices—each under $6. Aimed at cigar enthusiasts who seek value without sacrificing taste, the Favoritos began shipping to retailers last week.
The Buenaventura Favoritos come in three distinct lines, each highlighted by a unique wrapper and corresponding coloured packaging. For those who prefer a milder profile, the Connecticut line, in yellow packaging, features a light Ecuador Connecticut wrapper. The Natural line, wrapped in a Nicaraguan Habano Rosado, sports red packaging for a medium-bodied option. Finally, the Maduro line, packaged in blue, is encased in a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper for a richer, fuller flavour. Despite the variations in wrapper, all three lines share the same blend beneath—a Nicaraguan binder and fillers.
Each of the three lines comes in two vitolas, with sizes named after their ring gauges. The Connecticut line offers:
- Connecticut 50: 5 inches by 50 ring gauge, priced at $4.90.
- Connecticut 54: 6 inches by 54 ring gauge, priced at $5.60.
The Natural and Maduro lines are available in:
- 56: 5 inches by 56 ring gauge, priced at $5.40.
- 60: 6 inches by 60 ring gauge, priced at $5.90.
These cigars are produced at the Tabacalera de Nicaragua S.A. factory in Nicaragua, where Curivari Cigars is known for its attention to detail and craftsmanship. Each vitola is packaged in boxes of 20, making them ideal for daily enjoyment or for those looking to stock up without overspending.
Curivari’s Buenaventura Favoritos provide an exceptional experience for cigar lovers, balancing quality and accessibility in an increasingly premium-priced market.
