Domain Cigars Expands North with Canadian Distribution via Lindal Cigar Importers
Domain Cigars is expanding internationally, announcing its first distribution partnership outside the United States. The brand will now reach Canadian retailers through Lindal Cigar Importers Inc., a key milestone in its global growth.
Domain Cigars Enters the Canadian Market
Domain Cigars has signed a distribution agreement with Lindal Cigar Importers Inc., paving the way for the brand’s debut in Canada. This marks the company’s first international expansion, bringing its blends to a new audience of aficionados across the country.
Co-founder and CEO Daniel Lance expressed excitement about the move:
“Through my travels in Canada, I’ve found a pioneering spirit, people determined to seek out life’s best moments and savour them. Whether you just finished a session at Whistler or settled into a café in Toronto, we’re honoured to be there for the experience. Light up, slow down, and let the moment breathe.”
Compliance and Craftsmanship
To prepare for entry into Canada, Domain Cigars collaborated with Justin and Joe Bondi to ensure full compliance with Canadian packaging regulations. Boxes will feature:
A plain green label with white text
A tax stamp
Health warnings, as required by Canadian law
Lance emphasised the company’s approach to regulation:
“Compliance isn’t a checkbox for us. It’s craftsmanship applied to regulation. If it matters to the customer experience, we treat it like a blend component.”
No specific release date has been confirmed, but the brand indicated that cigars will reach shelves soon.
The Minds Behind Domain Cigars
Domain Cigars was founded in 2024 by Daniel Lance and Esteban Disla. Disla, formerly of Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A., brings more than a decade of experience from the Estelí factory that produces RoMa Craft Tobac. He also worked at Latin Cigars S.A. (now STG Estelí), developing blends for CAO, Toraño, Alec Bradley, and others.
Lance’s career spans nearly two decades, including work in retail at Outlaw Cigar Company and Fidel’s Cigar Shop. He also co-founded Lujo Concepts, makers of the BTX cigar cutter, and has contributed to innovation in industrial cybersecurity and infrastructure modernisation.

All blends are crafted at Tabacalera Familia Disla S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Lindal Cigar Importers, which also distributes Raíces Cubanas, West Tampa Tobacco Co., and ADV & McKay Cigars Co., will now bring Domain Cigars’ craftsmanship to Canadian aficionados.
