El Güegüense and The Wise Man Maduro are getting a fat perfecto, similar to the Flying Pigs with a 4¾x60 size. The new vitolas, Macho Raton, will be launched at the PCA Convention & Trade Show. The name comes from the main character in the El Güegüense Nicaraguan folk tale
The El Gueguense has a Nicaraguan Corojo 99 wrapper over a Mexican binder and Nicaraguan filler. The Wise Man Maduro has a Mexican San Andres wrapper over a Nicaraguan Corojo 99 binder and Nicaraguan filler.
The cigars are made at TABSA, the factory of Aganorsa Leaf in Nicaragua. The new perfectos fall in line with the thick perfectos in the Tabernacle Havana Seed CT and the other Tabernacle blends. The cigars come in boxes of 12 and are regular production but in limited numbers.
