Emanuele Uccellini Appointed Head of Davidoff of Geneva USA
Oettinger Davidoff AG has announced that Emanuele Uccellini has been named general manager and president of Davidoff of Geneva USA. With a strong background in business development, Uccellini brings extensive expertise to the role, poised to drive growth in the competitive US market.
A Wealth of Experience
Prior to joining Davidoff, Uccellini served as business unit director at Lavazza Group, the renowned Italian coffee company. In this role, he oversaw distributor markets and LATAM business in the Americas region, demonstrating a keen ability to develop successful market strategies.
“I have tremendous confidence that with his experience and his innovative and dynamic mindset, Emanuele Uccellini will accelerate our business in the challenging US market and take it to the next level,” said Beat Hauenstein, CEO of Oettinger Davidoff. “Emanuele has a proven track record of developing successful channel strategies that are based on win-win propositions and understands the importance and value of relationships built on trust and accountability.”
Transition in Leadership
Uccellini takes over from Dylan Austin, whose tenure concluded in May 2023. With Uccellini’s appointment, Medwin returns to his primary role, while Fraser continues overseeing marketing and retail operations.
Looking Ahead
Uccellini will officially assume his new position on March 3, marking a significant new chapter for Davidoff of Geneva USA. As the company navigates the evolving cigar market, his leadership is expected to reinforce Davidoff’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
