Frontier Cigars Introducing Premium Cigar in Collaboration With Victor Sinclair
Frontier Cigars, a manufacturer or value-friendly mass market cigars, is introducing a handmade premium cigar in collaboration with Victor Sinclair called VS Platinum Cigars by Frontier. The line will be released in a Connecticut, Habano and Maduro version with the first two sporting Ecuadorian wrappers while the Maduro version has a Mexican San Andres wrapper. The binder and filler are largely undisclosed although Frontier did reveal that it contains aged tobacco from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic with a slither of Pennsylvania broadleaf.
The cigars have been developed in collaboration with Victor Sinclair who rolls the cigars at his factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Each blend will come in a 6×50 toro, in six count boxes. The MSRP is $4 only.
“We don’t believe you should have to sacrifice quality for price,” said Ryan Frailing, coo of Frontier Brands, via a press release. “Given the current economic climate, many traditional premium cigar smokers are looking for more economical options. The VS Platinum answers that call by giving the consumer both quality and value in every pouch! The VS Platinum also provides brick and mortar retailers the ability to compete against aggressively priced online retailers by offering consumers a premium cigar for under $5 bucks.”
