“Alec Bradley Cigar Co. announced today Vice President of Sales, George Sosa has resigned.“I would like to thank George for his many years of service,” Alec Bradley founder, Alan Rubin said. “Over the last 12 plus years, George has been an integral part of the brand; increasing both domestic and international sales. The wind-down plan was in place over the last few months. On behalf of the Alec Bradley family, I would like to wish George the best of luck in his future endeavors!”

Cigar industry
After retiring from the military, Sosa joined the cigar industry. First at Perdomo Cigars before he moved to Alec Bradley. And with Alec Bradley, he had the role of Vice President of Sales. For that job, he traveled the world. For the last 12 years, Sosa was traveling at least 250 days a year, both domestically and internationally.
Alec Bradley didn’t reveal who is taking Sosa’s position as VP of Sales. And we don’t want to speculate, but there is one very obvious choice from within the Alec Bradley family.
