Derived from the Connecticut shade wrappers, the Macanudo Gold Label series derives its name from its distinct golden hue. Harvested from the lower primings of tobacco plants, these leaves bask in minimal sunlight, resulting in delicately thin and light-toned wrappers that impart a milder flavour profile. Cultivated under the shelter of mesh tents that mimic natural shade, the leaves boast a smooth appearance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the cigar.

Beneath the golden exterior lies a meticulously selected blend, featuring a Mexican San Andrés binder and a filler combination of Dominican Piloto Cubano and Mexican tobaccos.
