Havana Cigar Exchange opens at an iconic location
Havana Cigar Exchange opens at an iconic location. One of the most luxurious streets in London is St James’s street. A prestigious destination for cigar lovers from across the globe. Not just for cigars, but for other luxury items such as fine tailors, barbers, hat makers, and exquisite food choices. The street has a tremendous reputation.
And now 1A St. James’s Street is turning back the clock. It is a true tobacconist again. Located on the corner of St James’s Street and Pall Mall, 1A is situated in what used to be the Cocoa Tree Gentlemen’s Club. It is also the old Dunhill Cigar Store.
Havana Cigar Exchange
Havana Cigar Exchange has been located in the Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel since 2014. And the new shop at St. James’s Street will not change that. The Knightbridge location remains open. The new location is the flagship though with a wide selection of Cuban cigars including many rare and vintage lines, all housed in a bespoke walk-in humidor. Private keeps and sampling lounge are tastefully decorated in Art Deco style to bolster its history. A fine selection of wines, rare whiskeys, rums, and cognacs are available to pair with the finest Habanos available.
The owners behind Havana Cigar Exchange are Dominika Sindlerova, Jonathan Berman, and Pavel Kabina. Each of them has a specific skill that makes this a winning team. The style and class from Sindlerova combine perfectly with the cigar experience of Berman and the hospitality background of Kabina. Together they create a members club feel and concierge-style service at both Havana Cigar Exchange stores
Havana Cigar Exchange became popular between cigar aficionados and collectors due to their extended selection of rare and vintage cigars. Do check their IG page: @havanacigarlondon to see some of the very old cigars dating back to the 19th century. It is also the best way to keep up with what Havana Cigar Exchange ( @havanacigarlondon ) has to offer.
