Hunters & Frankau and Ettinger Collaborate to Launch Luxury Cigar Wrap

Hunters & Frankau and Ettinger have teamed up to produce a new cigar wrap designed for practicality and style. The collaboration, which took over a year, aims to create a premium accessory for transporting and storing Havana cigars, combining craftsmanship from two long-standing British companies.

Hunters & Frankau, established in 1790, are the exclusive distributors of Havana cigars in the UK. With over two centuries in the cigar industry, they are well-established brand known for distributing Cuban cigars in Britain. Ettinger, founded in 1934, is a luxury leather goods manufacturer known for producing high-quality products in the UK. Ettinger holds Royal Warrants for its services, making it a trusted name in British craftsmanship.

The cigar wrap they created is made from fine Maldives leather, featuring Italian calf leather that’s been chrome tanned and dyed for softness. The wrap comes in navy and green colorways, with Ettinger’s signature London Tan leather on the interior. It’s designed to carry five Havana cigars and includes a vented pouch for accessories, space for a humidification pouch, and a slot for an AirTag, allowing users to track their cigars.

The product reflects the dedication of both companies to traditional craftsmanship while offering modern functionality. Crafted by hand in Ettinger’s Birmingham factory, the cigar wrap blends their expertise in leatherwork with Hunters & Frankau’s deep knowledge of cigar culture.
