Illusione is releasing two new cigars
Illusione is releasing two new cigars. The Illusione Singulare 2019 and the illusione Epernay 10th Anniversary. Both will be released next month and are available for international Illusione distributors as well.
Singulare 2019 & Epernay 10th Anniversary
The Illusione Singulare is a limited edition. As it has always been. The blend changes from year to year. Just like the size. For the Illusione Singulare 2019, Dion Giolito decided to go for a 6 3/4×52 Diadema. And that’s a break with tradition, as all the Illusione Singulare releases in the past were parejo cigars. The blend is completely made with Nicaraguan tobacco. Which is also a tradition for the company. The cigars are made at Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. (TABSA) in Estelí, Nicaragua. That is the factory owned by Aganorsa and famous for many great blends.
Ten years ago, Dion Giolito decided to create a cigar that would pair well with champagne. He based it on the Illusione ~eccj~, a cigar he created for the European Cigar Cult Journal. That magazine is now known as

International distribution
In the last year, Illusione has been expanding internationally at a rapid pace. The cigars were released in The Netherlands about a year ago. Then six other European countries followed. Illusione found a distributor in Norway with Nordic Cigars. And the New Zealand distributor Canteros decided to expand the number of Illusione cigars that they offer to the kiwi cigar aficionados.
