Introducing Sensorium: Asylum Cigars Redefines Luxury with Rare Cuban Seed Tobacco and Exquisite Vitolas
Asylum Cigars, known for their big ring gauge offerings, is bringing something new to the market. And this time it’s not the size that is making the headlines but the price of $50 and $60. The price is so steep due to the use of a Cuban seed tobacco that is very susceptible to disease and very hard to cultivate. This tobacco, Pinareño, is not normally grown by the Eiroa family.
The new line, names Sensorium, comes in a Asen 18 and a Asen 60 whereby the first is an 11/18 Perfecto, a vitola exclusive to the Eiroa family and the Asen 60 is a 6×60. Each cigar comes in its individual coffin, with 20 coffins in a box. Production is limited to 10.000 cigars of each size annually.
