Joe Gro Leaves Drew Estate and Joins Quality Importers

For the last several years, Joe Gro was a key member of the marketing team for Drew Estate and he was the senior marketing manager. But in a surprising move he left Drew Estate and joined accessory moguls Quality Importers as director of marketing and communications. In this role, Gro is responsible for the marketing and media stragegies for all Quality Importers products which include XIKAR, Cigar Caddy, Humidor Supreme, Hydra, Palió, Stinky and others.

“Joe has showcased tremendous innovation in the premium cigar space, and we are excited to have him join our experienced team of industry professionals,” said Michael Giordano, ceo and founder of Quality Importers, in a press release. “We are working hard to continue growing the QI family of brands while delivering world class service to our customers, and he will be instrumental in continuing our mission.”

Gro will report to Michael Giannini, the company’s chief of customer engagement who was joined Quality Importers earlier this year.
