Luxury Ampersand Frolics Group and German Engineered Cigars Launch Global Charity Project

September 2, 2025 Inspector X 2 min read

Luxury Ampersand Frolics Group, parent company of India Cigar Club, has joined forces with German Engineered Cigars (GEC) on a worldwide fundraising initiative. The project supports the nonprofit Arms Around the Child, combining cigar craftsmanship with philanthropy in a first-of-its-kind effort.

A Partnership With Purpose

This collaboration builds on the alliance that made India Cigar Club the exclusive distributor of GEC across the Middle East and Indian subcontinent. Now, the partnership goes further by fully adopting the Half Corona vitola across all GEC lines. These limited-edition cigars are available only through India Cigar Club and Sibling Cigars.

Every purchase contributes directly to children in need. At least 10% of each cigar’s MSRP will support Arms Around the Child, which provides safe homes, healthcare, and education for vulnerable children worldwide.

Two Signature Blends

The fundraising project launches with two distinct Half Corona blends:

  • RVGN (Dominican Republic) – Featuring an Ecuadorian Hybrid Seed wrapper, Dominican Criollo 98 binder, and a mix of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Pennsylvania Piloto fillers. This blend balances complexity with elegance.

  • Raumzeit (Nicaragua) – Built with a Nicaraguan Connecticut wrapper, Indonesian Sumatra binder, and fillers from Nicaraguan Jalapa and Dominican Piloto. It delivers smooth, earthy flavours with sweet undertones.

Both blends reflect GEC’s precision-driven design and India Cigar Club’s vision of modern cigar luxury.

Craftsmanship Meets Responsibility

Raahuul Kapoor, Chairman of Luxury Ampersand Frolics Group, explains: “By fully adopting a vitola across all GEC lines, we ensure long-term impact. Our clients enjoy world-class cigars while contributing to children’s futures.”

Oliver Nickels, Co-Founder of GEC, adds: “These cigars go beyond luxury—they embody a commitment to global good.”

Global Availability

The Half Corona fundraising cigars are available now via India Cigar Club’s website and select GEC retailers worldwide. The practical packaging underlines the balance of elegance, responsibility, and enjoyment.

A New Standard in Luxury

This initiative extends beyond cigar enthusiasts. It bridges luxury, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, showing that indulgence and impact can thrive together. India Cigar Club and German Engineered Cigars set a new benchmark, proving that cigar culture can play a role in shaping positive change.
