Meerapfel Have a New Cigar Paying Tribute to Richard Meerapfel

Meerapfel is the family behind the Cameroon tobacco, see our article about Cigar Industry Legend Richard Meerapfel. They are also partners with Arturo Fuente in Arturo Fuente International, they have the La Estancia cigar brand and are tobacco traders. Now they have a new cigar, the Meerapfel Cigar Richard, paying tribute to the late Richard Meerapfel, who suddenly passed away in 2003. But without Richard Meerapfel, there would be no Cameroon tobacco industry anymore.

The cigar has a vintage Cameroon wrapper and that’s the only thing Meerapfel disclosed. Not even the factory is mentioned.
