Oscar Valladares Introduced Two New Cigars at Intertabac Trade Show
At the Intertabac Trade Show, Oscar Valladares introduced two new cigars. These are The Raw Dog and the 10th Anniversary.
The raw dog is particularly interesting as it comes without a wrapper. “It is known that some wrappers apports a lot of flavours in the cigar. With this cigar we would like to focus on the flavours of the fillers and binder and the rustic look of the cigar to cause a surprise to the customers” says Oscar Valladares. It is a Honduran puro, measuring 5×60, and it comes in boxes of 50. “Now we have the Leaf by Oscar that comes with an extra leaf wrapping the cigar and now we present a new line without wrapper” adds Oscar.
The second new cigar is the Oscar Valladares 10th Anniversary and it uses tobacco from different countries. Aged Nicaraguan filler under a Honduran binder. The wrapper is Mexican Maduro with Honduran Candela details on the foot. “The idea of the two wrappers is to provide two different flavours in the cigar starting with the candela and then changing it completely as it gets to the maduro wrapper” says Valladares. The 10th Anniversary comes in three different vitolas: Toro (6×52), Sixty (6×60) and Salomon (7×60), all in boxes of 10 units.
