Padron Celebrates José Orlando Padron’s Legacy with Limited Edition PB-97 Cigar

This year, industry legend José Orlando Padron would have turned 97 and for the occasion, Padron is bringing back the illusive Padron Black in the shape of a 6 ¾ x52 Torpedo called PB-97. The cigars are round and will come in boxes of ten sticks. But before you run to your favourite retailer, these cigars are limited and were only available to retailers who visited the PCA 2023 Convention & Trade Show.
Previous instalments of the Padron Black were exclusively made for a South Florida retailer and made a second appearance for the TAA. The Padron Black has also been included in a few Cigar Rights of America samplers.

The Padron Black PB-97 will come in Natural and Maduro and it’s the third exclusive PCA offering of the brand. The Padron family released the Padron Family Reserve 95 and Padron Family Reserve 96 for the PCA in previous years. Those used the Family Reserve blend, while the latest creation uses the Padron Black blend.
