Patina Cigars to Release Limited Edition Cigar Line for Fifth Anniversary

March 13, 2023 Inspector L 2 min read

After having to delay the celebration of its fifth anniversary due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Patina Cigars will be finally get the chance to do so at this week’s Total Product Expo (TPE) when it releases the Patina Anniversary, a new limited edition cigar line.

The cigar features a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, Mexican San Andrés binder, and fillers from the U.S. and Nicaragua. It is being offered in a 6 x 52 toro that is priced at $20 per cigar, with production limited to 500 individually numbered boxes of 10 cigars.

“Our strategy from the beginning has been to build Patina’s core line offerings. However, sometimes you have to stop and celebrate certain milestones and I felt five years was a good time to release our first LE,” said Mo Maali, founder of Patina Cigars, in a press release. “This is our first go with a Connecticut broadleaf wrapped cigar and I couldn’t be more excited to share our creation. Thank you to all of the consumers, retailers, Raul Disla, Gus Cura, Ninoska Olivas, and the entire NACSA team for making it possible.”

The Patina Anniversary is made at the Nicaragua American Cigars S.A. factory and is expected to ship to retailers in late March or early April.
