Patina y Viso Verdigris: A Limited Collaboration Hits Shelves

Patina Cigars and Viso Horny have teamed up for a limited-edition release. Their joint project, Patina y Viso Verdigris, is now shipping to a select group of retailers across the United States.

A Boutique Collaboration with Depth

This cigar is a 5 x 52 robusto featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. It sits over an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The blend was crafted at Nicaragua American Cigars S.A., with Patina founder Mo Maali and Viso Horny’s Tyler Jeffrey working on it together in person.

Each cigar is priced at $13 MSRP. Only 300 bundles of 10 cigars were produced, making it one of the more exclusive drops of the season.

A Design with Personal Roots

Both Maali and Jeffrey hail from the American Midwest—though from different cities. That connection inspired the packaging. On the left side of the bundle is the Milwaukee Art Museum, representing Jeffrey. On the right is the Chicago skyline, paying tribute to Maali.

In keeping with the “verdigris” theme, the cigars are tied with a green ribbon. The bundle also features the chemical formula for turquoise, a clever nod to the patina-inspired name.

Patina y Viso Verdigris blends heritage with modern flair. The branding draws from chemistry and architecture, while the cigar itself delivers a complex flavour profile shaped by dual craftsmanship.
