Shaun Wilkinson, Rebellion’s Chief Rebel, first connected with Royal Cigars CEO Alex Wehlage at InterTabac 2023. Wilkinson was impressed by Wehlage and his team’s deep understanding of the evolving European cigar market. “Rebellion smashes the target market, and the feedback from retailers has been superb,” Wilkinson noted.
