Registration for Puro Sabor 2025 Now Open
For many years, Nicaragua has been one of the leading exporters of premium cigars to the U.S., making it a key destination for both cigar retailers and enthusiasts. With some of the most renowned brands in the premium cigar industry based in Nicaragua, a visit to the country is a must for anyone passionate about cigars. The Puro Sabor Festival, Nicaragua’s top annual cigar event, offers a unique opportunity to experience the country’s rich cigar culture.
Taking place from January 20-24, 2025, the Puro Sabor Festival invites attendees to immerse themselves in the Nicaraguan cigar scene. Over the course of the festival, participants will tour famous factories, enjoy exclusive cigar blends, and connect with fellow cigar lovers from around the globe.
The experience kicks off with your arrival in Managua, where festival staff will greet you at the airport. You’ll then be transported to Granada, where you’ll receive badges and welcome packages before spending the day exploring the historic city. The evening will conclude with a casual welcome dinner. On January 21, attendees will enjoy a boat tour of Lake Nicaragua, also known as El Cocibolca, and its surrounding islets. The next day, January 22, the group will depart from Granada and head to Estelí, with a lunch stop at the Víctor Calvo farm in San Isidro. Once in Estelí, you’ll embark on the first factory tour, followed by the official welcome dinner that evening. Thursday’s activities include visits to cigar factories and tobacco farms, culminating in the traditional White Party. On Friday, January 24, the day begins with a panel discussion featuring prominent figures from Nicaragua’s cigar industry. Later, participants will explore a local artisan fair, and the festival will close with a gala dinner and closing ceremony. The journey ends on January 25, when participants depart for home.
The registration fee is $2,500 per person, with a discounted rate available for groups of six or more. The fee covers luxury accommodations, gourmet meals, drinks, cigars, transportation, exclusive festival swag, and access to all scheduled events.
