Royal Agio sued by Guantanamera

Guantanamera Cigar Company has been battling with Habanos S.A. for almost a decade. Their fight is about the Guantanamera Trademark. But legal trademark dispute and lawsuit isn’t enough for the company and their lawyers. So now they sued Royal for their Balmoral Dueto.

According to Guantanamera, they own the trademark to ‘duo’ and feel that the dueto is an infringement on their trademark. The Balmoral Dueto is a collaboration between Royal Agio and Ernesto Perez Carrillo.
