Tatuaje Expands to Honduras with New Series P Honduras Line
Tatuaje Cigars has officially entered the Honduran market with the launch of the Tatuaje Series P Honduras, a new line crafted by My Father Cigars at its Honduran factory. This marks the first time the long-standing partnership between Pete Johnson’s Tatuaje and the Garcia family extends into Honduras, expanding their celebrated collaboration beyond Nicaragua and Miami.
A Partnership Two Decades in the Making
The relationship between Tatuaje and My Father Cigars began over 20 years ago, when a young José “Pepín” Garciarolled the first Tatuaje cigars in his small Miami workshop, El Rey de Los Habanos. Both brands have since grown into household names in the cigar world.
As El Rey evolved into My Father Cigars—the maker of Cigar Aficionado’s 2024 Cigar of the Year—Tatuaje expanded alongside it. Today, My Father produces all Tatuaje cigars, and the new Series P Honduras continues that tradition, now from the company’s Honduran operation.
Revisiting the White Label Classic
First introduced in 2011, the Tatuaje Series P, often called the White Label, was created as a “Cuban sandwich” cigar—a blend of medium- and long-filler tobaccos offering quality construction at a lower price point.
The Series P Honduras follows the same philosophy. It combines medium and long fillers grown in Honduras with a Nicaraguan Habano-seed wrapper, all cultivated by the Garcia family. The result is an accessible, flavourful smoke crafted with the same care as Tatuaje’s premium lines.
Sizes, Pricing, and Availability
The Series P Honduras comes in three familiar formats from the original line—Robusto, Toro, and Short Robusto—plus a new Short Toro size. Each is packaged in 20-count boxes, maintaining Tatuaje’s clean presentation.
| Size | Dimensions | MSRP (USD) |
| Robusto | 5 x 50 | $4.50 |
| Toro | 6 x 50 | $4.75 |
| Short Robusto | 4 ½ x 52 | $4.25 |
| Short Toro | 5 ½ x 52 | $4.75 |
With this release, Tatuaje’s expansion into Honduras not only diversifies its portfolio but also reinforces its decades-long partnership with My Father Cigars—continuing a shared legacy of craftsmanship, consistency, and authenticity.
