The Smoking Frenchies Open New Headquarters and Private Lounge in Florida
The Smoking Frenchies has officially opened a new headquarters in Sweetwater, Florida. The move marks a significant operational and creative milestone for the company. The new facility integrates office space with a refined private lounge.
The company relocated to a 2,480 square foot property at 2129 NW 135th Avenue. The site now serves as its central hub for daily operations.
A Hybrid Space for Work and Connection
The new headquarters blends professional workflow with curated hospitality. Office and lounge areas coexist within the same footprint. This layout supports collaboration, creativity, and relationship building.
The private lounge remains closed to the public. Access is reserved for family, friends, brand partners, retailers, and industry colleagues. The space aims to foster meaningful connections rather than foot traffic.
Exclusive Distributor of Fuente The OpusX Society
Founded in 2023, The Smoking Frenchies operates as the exclusive distributor of Fuente The OpusX Society cigars and accessories. The company also manages proprietary merchandising tied to the brand.
Recent activity reflects steady growth. In November 2025, the company released the Fuente The OpusX Society Edición de la Sociedad. The three-cigar pack arrived in a distinctive yellow and blue wooden box.
New Products on the Horizon
The company is preparing for another key launch in Spring 2026. Gold and Bullet will debut as a line extension within the Fuente The OpusX Society portfolio. The company first unveiled the project publicly at the Premium Cigar Association Trade Show.
These releases underline a focused strategy built around limited distribution and brand identity.
Design Led from Within
The headquarters marks the first professional interior design project by Manny Iriarte. Iriarte serves as Executive Creative Officer for The Smoking Frenchies.
He directed all creative elements of the space. His work included specialty finishes, furniture selection, humidor design, and overall execution. The design draws inspiration from Miami’s Design District and its forward-thinking lounges.
“This space embodies contemporary Miami chic,” Iriarte said, referencing its modern influences.
Construction Rooted in the Cigar Industry
Cisca Construction and Champ Plumbing completed all construction work. Frank Balleste leads Cisca Construction. Julio Rodriguez heads Champ Plumbing.
Both men co-own Smoke and Barrel, a South Miami cigar lounge near Dadeland Mall. The lounge operates as an authorised Fuente The OpusX Society retailer, reinforcing the project’s industry ties.
Looking Toward 2027
The new headquarters aligns with an upcoming personal milestone. In 2027, Iriarte will mark twenty years of Iriarte Photography and Design. His creative career began on March 3, 2007.
