Trouble Arises For Caldwell Cigars After Factory Fire
Last month, big trouble arose for Caldwell Cigars as the factory of William Ventura, where many cigars for Caldwell are produced, burned down to the ground. Ventura does have a smaller factory, so cigars are still being produced but not at the scale as desired, plus a lot of inventory has gone up in flames. 200 boxes of the Blind Man’s Bluff were already shipped to the warehouse in the United States with the ironic name ‘This is trouble’. These cigars are now being released. Without the devastating fire, the production would have been 1000 boxes.
The cigars are made with a Mexican San Andres wrapper over Dominican Binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Estelí, Nicaragua. That is completely different than any other Blind Man’s Bluff blend.
