VegaFina New at 5th Avenue

5th Avenue Products Trading-GmbH, official exclusive importer of Habanos in Germany, Austria and Poland, will take over the distribution of cigars of the “VegaFina” brand in Germany on August 1, 2022. The brand is owned by Tabacalera, Madrid, which also has a stake in Habanos S.A., the Cuban cigar export company.

VegaFina is one of the most renowned and recognized premium cigars and the best-selling non-Cuban premium cigar brand worldwide (with the exception of the US market). It is offered in more than 50 countries. VegaFina cigars stand for excellent quality, excellence and a perfect price-performance ratio. They are a perfect combination of the finest tobaccos and the tradition of Dominican cigar craftsmanship. The hand-rolled long fillers are currently being manufactured in four different lines in the “Tabacalera de Garcia” in the Dominican Republic. They are called: Classic, Fortaleza 2, Nicaragua and “1998” and differ in their individual taste and strength profiles.

Several other Habanos distributors have been paying more attention to VegaFina in the last few years due to the lack of wrapper in Cuba, which causes supply issues for larger cigars. Right now anything over a robusto size is available in very limited quantities and to maintain turnover Habanos distributors have to shift focus on other cigars. Cigars from Tabacalera, which is part of the Habanos family, is a logical choice.
