Villiger adds more diversity in management
Villiger adds more diversity in management. The exclusive position of Product Management Handmade Cigars is filled with Ms. Assya Zouzi. In this role, Ms. Assya Zouzi reports directly to Heinrich Villiger. Zouzi succeeds Michael Blumendeller. Blumendeller is a key player in the handmade cigar division for Villiger. He was instrumental in setting up the division. But Blumendeller is retiring at the end of the year.
“With Ms. Assya Zouzi, we have succeeded in gaining an excellently trained woman for product management for handmade cigars. She has a high level of intercultural skills and has had a high affinity for the company since 2018,” said Heinrich Villiger, President of the Board of Directors. Ms. Zouzi will now work in Tiengen and also in Pfeffikon.
France
Zouzi, a French citizen, held the position of senior sales representative at Villiger France. During that period, Zouzi strengthened the position of handmade Villiger cigars in the local market. She also has a decade of experience in the strategic marketing of exclusive fragrances. She worked for an internationally established company in that field.
